Our theme was RAINFOREST ADVENTURE and we celebrated on a glourious hot and sunny day -- not one drop of rain fell in our rainforest. We were welcomed by Buddy the Toucan and we learned about the rainforest through a variety of games, activities, crafts and an exhibit. We sang around the campfire before leaving. It was a SUPER DAY!</p> <p><img src="./website-update_files/image007.jpg" width=156 height=136 hspace=12 align="right" v:shapes="_x0000_s1028">Helping in the<span style='color:red'> COMMUNITY</span> is also a fun project. In the spring a group of adults attended an event in Toronto <span style='color:#FF6600'>“Humm Around the Harbour”,</span> with many other leaders from southern Ontario.</p> <p><b></b>You never know who you will bump into at these events, here a few of our leaders met up with our new Provincial Commissioner, <span style='color:#FF6600'>Maggie vanDusen</span> (3<sup>rd</sup> from left).</p> <p style='border:none;padding:0cm;'><b><span style='font-size:24.0pt;font-family:ChiliPepper;color:red'><img width=216 height=112 src="./website-update_files/image019.jpg" align=right hspace=12 v:shapes="_x0000_s1035"></span></b>Sometimes you get the opportunity for an extra special trip. Last winter one leader joined a group of leaders from Niagara Area and travelled to India via England.
